If you wish to change your address or phone, you can do it through the "My Medicine Orders" section on your dashboard till the order is shipped. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped.
You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “My Medicine Orders” section. You can instantly see the status of the specific order and all your past orders.
Once the order is shipped, you can see a button called "Track" which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through the tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, the courier partner takes up-to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame.
You can track all your orders from the 'My Order' option in the menu. If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, please check again after 10 minutes.
In case of a Failed Delivery, please immediately notify us on the support number mentioned on the bottom of the page.
International Shipping
You can place an international order from Kabera’s website or mobile site. Simply add products to your cart and select your country from the drop-down while adding an international address.
All our medicines come with a prescription from a Kabera Certified expert homeopathic doctor.
We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards such as VISA, Master Card, American Express, etc. for international orders.
Please write to support@kaberaclincs.com within 5 days from the date of delivery, detailing the condition of the products received. Please provide product and packaging images along with your email.
Cancellation and Refunds
There is no separate cancellation charge levied by Kabera Clincs.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your "My order" section.
The order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. Check the status of the order or the item(s) on the "My Order" section.
If the full order is canceled, then the shipping charges will get refunded. If part of an order is canceled, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified by us.

Out of stock means that currently, the product is not available at Kabera Clinics.

Yes, you will need to have an active account on Kabera Clinics to be able to place an order.
Unfortunately, we cannot add any product to the order. However, you can remove the product before the order has been packed & shipped. Go to 'My Orders' and go will see the option to cancel an item.
Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy to your shopping bag and then click on the checkout button.
Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.
Yes, Definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the billing address and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the shipping address.
Shipping and Delivery
The delivery charge is nothing but the shipping fee which is applicable only on orders with a total value less than INR 500. This is to cover our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered to your doorstep in the best and safest way possible.
In the case of an international order, this is the shipping fees.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. Once they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. To date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
